Rare Plant Surveys

Benson Bio Consulting conducts surveys for special status (rare) plant species and sensitive natural communities to help clients complete the environmental review process. We follow the latest guidance issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife for survey protocol, data collection, and reporting requirements. We have experience surveying in many different habitats including coastal dunes, tidal salt marsh, wetlands, grasslands, chaparral, forests and woodlands, and areas with serpentine soils.
